Energizing Your Energy

Surya in Sanskrit mean Sun.

Sun is the source of life on this earth and our Solar system.

My prayer are that we will learn and experience the universal energies and learn from each other. I am learning & sharing what my journey is and what I am experiencing. I believe that we need to practice some of the old knowledge and see if it helps us to quieten our mind, our ability to focus better, improve our understanding of “How to Live Life” in harmony with Mother Nature and Universal Laws.

It is recommended that (if you can) do a vegetarian diet for 3 days to cleans your body.

If not try and have a vegetarian diet on Sunday. Do not eat after the last meal on Sunday. This short fast is recommended.

Do not eat or drink anything after you wake up till we have done this exercise of energizing ourselves.

On January 26th morning after you wake-up, bath/Shower before the excercise. Taking bath/Shower keeps one healthy and free from all types of ailments and diseases. Water energies your body as well.

While taking a Bath or Shower chant “Om Suryaaya Namah”. While chanting you can add these requests in your mind and feel it in your heart. Please increase energy in my body for perfect health. Provide Energy for me to do good on this Earth. Provide me with Energy to serve on this Earth.

After this you will log into the Google Hangout and wait for the instruction.

Have water in a small container.

Have a candle ready. (If you have Ghee lamp -preferred or oil lamp then have that ready)

Since it is very cold in Canada, put a plant so that you can stand in-front of it facing where you see Sun Rise each morning if not sure East. We will be offering water to Surya by pouring into the planter. If you are joining us from any part of the world

Then we will chant some Mantra. Follow the instruction and if you can repeat please do so.

Just sitting and listening to them gives the vibrations as well. Focus on the sound and you will feel the energy of Surya enter your body energizing you.

Here’s the order of the nine planets, starting nearest the sun and working outward through the solar system: Mercury, Venus, Earth, Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, Neptune & Pluto.

Based on Vedic Knowledge, the energies of NavaGraha. – Sun, Moon, Mars, Mercury, Jupiter Venus, Saturn, Rahu & Ketu  (9 Planets – Nava mean 9 and Graha means  Planets – loosely called) Moon is known as Graha as it impact us tremendously not only our earth seas and water but out bodies. Rahu and Ketu are mentioned as Graha. Astronomically, Rahu and Ketu denote the points of intersection of the paths of the Sun and the Moon as they move on the celestial sphere. Therefore, Rahu and Ketu are respectively called the north and the south lunar nodes. The fact that eclipses occur when the Sun and the Moon are at one of these points and we are impacted by the change in Energy.

To learn more about the science & technology our courses explains in detail. Start with our 90 day course that will teach you the basic understanding and then you can take advance courses as they are offered upon completion of the 90 day course.

Mantra are very specific frequency/energy based and description based and knowledge based so that from a human point and understanding we can visualize as physical entities that we are familiar with in our daily life.

The characteristics of the sun and all the nine Graha  have been clearly described in the Vedas. One can identify these characteristics in the “navagraha manthra”, and are similar to what the NASA scientist described in their research findings. This is a great testimony to state that many aspects of Vedic Knowledge are scientifically important.
